VP Revenue Operations at NewVoiceMedia

Mark has been working with sales and marketing technology since 2010, building and managing NewVoiceMedia’s stack up until being acquired by Vonage in 2018. He led the development of scoring and nurturing programs via marketing automation as well as the implementation of key apps such as de-duplication, data appending, predictive lead scoring, web personalisation and AI.

 

More recently he has been focussed on sales development and how technology such as cadence and AI can support pipeline creation.
