EMEA Director – Sales Excellence, ex-Canon

Matt Norton is an independent consultant and Sales Excellence evangelist. Matthew developed and managed the Sales Excellence practice for Canon Europe, transforming and optimising Canon’s sales efforts for 1500 direct sellers and 2000 partners across EMEA.

 

This was a wide ranging practice covering areas such as Sales Rewards, Go To Market Strategy, Partner Programme, Value Proposition, Sales Effectiveness, CRM, Sales Training, Inside Sales and Sales Enablement. Prior to this role, Matthew was Sales Director for Canon Global Services – responsible for leading sales teams globally in pursuit of FT500 customers.

 

Matt is a regular expert speaker at sales conferences covering topics such as Sales Enablement, Marketing and Sales partnerships and Winning RFPs.
